ABOUT ME

I’m here to support you as a Licensed Graduate Clinical Counselor, Family Therapist, and Certified Life & Career Coach — as well as a Russian- and English-speaking expert with over 20 years of experience in psychology, HR, and crisis intervention. I know how challenging it can be to navigate family struggles across cultures and generations, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

As a mother of three and stepmother of two, I understand the unique dynamics of blended families, parenting teens and grown-up children, and raising a child with special needs. I work with multicultural couples such as Russian-English, American–Israeli, Asian-American, Indian-American, and immigrant families who face the added complexity of language, culture, and tradition. Whether you’re in a blended family, navigating divorce, or struggling to feel heard in your relationship, I bring both professional training and lived experience to help you build connection and peace.

I am trained in Imago Relationship Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Crisis and Trauma Intervention, Solution-Focused Therapy, and systemic approaches such as family constellations. I use these tools to help clients heal generational trauma, improve communication, and create lasting harmony.
