Hello and welcome!

I'm here to support you as a Licensed Graduated Clinical Counselor,   Family Therapist, Certified  Life and career coach,and Russian and English-speaking expert with over 20 years of experience in psychology, HR, and crisis intervention. I understand how challenging it can be to navigate life's difficulties on your own, and I'm here to help you every step of the way.

As a  mother of three and stepmother to two, I'm well aware of the struggles families face today. Whether you're dealing with blended family issues, coping with loss, or experiencing emotional and mental health problems, I'm here to provide the support and guidance you need.

With extensive training in  Imago  and Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis and Trauma Intervention, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Life Purpose Therapy, I have the skills and knowledge to help you overcome your challenges.
